We have already requested the quality certificate ISO 9001; it will achieve a project we started some years ago to improve our factory quality, technically and professionally.
Our business philosophy, in fact, consists of quality products, conformity to biotechnologies and customers satisfaction.

We carry out all the self-checking procedures in order to obtain incomparable products: our business parameters are, as already said, greatly stricter than those fixed by law.

We can always identify each production lot; we constantly monitor samples coming from the single lots as for:
- Raw materials
- Various seasoning steps
- Pickles
- Packed products
- Equipments
- Premises
- Vehicles

That’ s why we are also very strict when we select the suppliers of ferments, rennet, whole pepper, spices, aromatic herbs, detergents, packing etc.
