Caseificio Conti, is a cheese factory located in the River Sosio Valley, in Palazzo Adriano, a small village between Palermo and Agrigento.
We have beeen producing excellent cheese for 25 years from pure sheep's milk, when "made on Sicani Mountains" was not so fashionable, and people imagined these mountains suspended over a fantastic island.
Reality is richer and more complicated than fantasy, it is trivial and certainly more fascinating.
