The professional figures working for Caseificio Conti are various and highly skilled.

In particular the production process makes use of an expert graduated in Agricultural Science as for all the safety checks and the raw materials quality.
With the assistance of an internal laboratory for the microbiologic analysis of milk and of the final product, our expert makes the production equipment suitable to the demands of the developing biotechnological standards  in the dairy business.

The staff in charge of raw materials process goes on rigorous sanitary checks and is trained and kept abreast of the production technical processes and of the laws about food.

The staff in charge of raw materials and final products transport can make the  vehicles ordinary maintenance and is in conformity to the current laws of the highway code.

When milk is collected the worker in charge of always checks its quality, in particular he monitors the parameters referring to acidity (Alizarolo method), temperature and possible impurities.
